Special Construction Limited provides all building and civil works from foundation to finish. This reliable company was established in 2002 and to date it has proven to be a professionally driven business that deals with design, construction and maintenance of works such as: industrial and commercial buildings, houses, underground cables for T&TEC etc. This company has endeavors to preserve the distinct qualities of determination, perseverance, honesty, good work ethic, high standards of quality and safety, above all else assures it completes all requirements as specified to ensure customer satisfaction.

The company is owned by Mr. Sieunarine Moonilal who has 25 years experience and holds a Technicians diploma in civil engineering as well as a diploma in project management from the University of the West Indies and also a Master Certificate in Concrete Construction Management, Structural concrete repair and Decorative concrete from World of Concrete. In addition, Mr. Sieunarine Moonilal is also a director for the past six years in the Penal/Debe Chamber of Commerce. He has executed projects in various fields of construction such as reinforce concrete, structural steel and civil works.

Since its establishment, Special Construction has executed all projects without any major loss time or safety incidents based on an average employee base of 20 persons with a variance of up to 50 persons on projects where service and additional specialty sub-contractors are hired. Special Construction has worked for clients such as Movie Towne, T&TEC, SWRHA, Petroquip Trinidad and Trinidad Seafoods Limited, just to name a few. Special Construction recognized from the onset that the industry is mainly one of "service" and in order to establish itself as a viable company this service has the element that would make it distinct from similar companies, as such many projects have been based on return clientele.
